The society would like to sponsor 1 associate member to attend the following overseas meeting.

-    Name: WCOG@AGW 2025

-    Date: 19 to 22 Sept 2025

-    Venue: Melbourne, Australia

The sponsorship package includes round-trip economy airfare (up to HK$7,000), accommodation (up to HK$1,400/night, max. 5 nights, from 18 to 23 Sept) and registration fee (up to HK$3,000). Members are reminded to make their own arrangement. Interested members please email the completed application form to the secretariat by 2359 on 1 Aug 2025 (HKT).
